We use the latest Cad programs to design your extension. We look after our customers - that's why they come back to us. We try our best to make our fees competitive and affordable.

 

We can will design your extension to your requirements and give you our advice. We will take care of the Planning Permission and Building regulations for you so all you have to do is select your builder.

Dependant upon where you are located, we have two different ways of designing your extension.

Process 1 - Up to 30 miles from Stevenage.
If you are within 30 miles of Stevenage, we can travel to your property and measure up your home to produce your designs. We will have several meetings with you until we are both happy and then submit your applications to your Local Authority.

 

Process 2 - Up to 100 miles from Stevenage.
We will travel up to 100 miles from Stevenage to design your home extension. We can offer an all-in-a-day service. We travel to your home with our equipment and complete your plans.
If you are further than 100 miles away from Stevenage, Please contact us, as we may still be able to offer you our fantastic services and fees.

A typical one-day service:

8.30am	Arrive at your home.
9.00	Measure your home and Land.
10.00	Begin designing your extension.
2.30pm	During the day we will have several meetings with you to discuss your extension.
3.00	Design and print your extension and discuss the finer requirements.
5.30	Complete and print your extension plans.
5.45	Complete your Local Authority Application forms.
6.30pm	Home.

We are able to complete most jobs in one day, using our specially designed AutoCad software.
